Steam Room
Unwind and enjoy our large steam room as well as hot and cold outdoor showers including a cold drench shower. Steam is enhanced with Eucalyptus and other essential oils to create a highly therapeutic enviroment such as has been used for centuries in eastern Europe for the benefits of cleansing effects on lungs.
Massage
Our massage options:
Dry: Swedish, Shiatsu, Sports, Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage. Relaxation or Deep tissue we’ll knead out the knots and twists to relax those weary muscles!
Wet Salt exfoliation using sea salt from right here in Figueira da Foz, blended with ultra-hydrating oils and essential oils for an intense exfoliation.
Designed to soften the skin and remove dead skin cells leaving the skin feeling fresher and allowing for more effective masque and serum application.
